2. To show a positive and proactive attitude regarding the scientific advances, informing, training and actively participating in the adequate management of Science, Technology and Innovation.

3. To appreciate, support and publicly back up the work and attitude of researchers, technologists, inventors and entrepreneurs of our environment.
