Commitments of enterprises

The public and private companies entering into this Corporate Agreement, individually and severally EXPLICITLY AGREE to incorporate the assets of innovation and knowledge into our processes on the following grounds:

1. To commit to the increase of the production value by generating and incorporating knowledge, putting the same effort (in terms of expense in R+D) made by the most advanced European regions and countries of this sector.

2. To lead the Science and Technology System and optimise the use of the existing capacities by focusing them in the strategic direction of the organisations making it up.

3. To invest at least 10% of the business surplus in the development of new products and new enterprises (intrapreneurship) in such a way that it encourages innovation, creativity and productivity, diversifying towards products and enterprise of intense knowledge

4. To generate a record of the Corporate Social Responsibility including efforts to innovate, create and undertake the assets thereof.

5. To create an effect demonstration mechanism for enterprises, which are not so aware of the importance that innovation and knowledge have on competitiveness.
